Good Food! Love the Big Kahuna!
I put in a pick up order online and came at the designated time, had to wait 20 more minutes for my sandwich. noticed while they were making it that it had oil and vinegar on it, which I had asked for sides of, not on the sandwich itself. They remade it, which was nice, but they remade it with the wrong bread, only noticed after I got to where I was going. I did look in the bag before I left and had to ask for two sides of the relish which I had also asked for on my original online order. While I was waiting i saw two whole rotations of the walk in line go through. Don't do pick up orders, save your time and just walk in. I have never had any issues just walking in and ordering. Otherwise, delicious as always, despite not being exactly what I ordered.
Greatest sub shop you can find for fast and fresh ingredients. You got to get it Mike's way if you really want it the right way. I love splitting the giant veggie on white with my wife. The perfect size to share. Pro tip: If you're getting it to go, ask to get the oil and vinegar on the side. Add it yourself when ready to eat to avoid a soggy mess.
Not bad. I’ve not eaten here before and I will definitely come back, but do prefer other sandwich places. Overall friendly and good service.
Friendly service and getting the sandwich 'Mike's way' was a good choice. Mike's way adds lettuce, onion, tomato, oil, vinegar, and some herbs. Meats and cheese are a cut above and sliced to order. The super-sandwich was fairly standard and didn't have much spice or flavor, spicy meats might be better.

Well.. here at 8:08 and they just told me they don't have lettuce at a sandwich shop.. ? Did not offer price off.. just a dumb look. With five workers standing around.. wow.. what a dump. No lettuce.. ? Albertsons 3 blocks away. And 5 people with their thumbs up their.. yup you got it. No sale. Walk out. Enjoy your Friday night sandwich shop..
Sandwiches at this establishment are good. I got a giant turkey sandwich, and the meet was fresh tasting and they have acceptable mayonnaise. I'm glad they carry Frito-Lay brand chips instead of in-house garbage chips. The dining room was clean and seating is minimal. The staff was friendly and helpful-the two gals at the cash register were especially cheerful. The prices are A little high, about 25 bucks for two sandwiches. However, the giant sandwiches are "giant", and could easily feed two non-American humans. I would return to Jersey Mike's if the occasion arises.
